Heidi Dixon
M.Ed., Associate under the supervision of Cameron L. House, M.Ed., LPC-S
Heidi Dixon is a wife of 22 years, mother of three, hospice chaplain, and a grief support group facilitator. She graduated in December 2024 with a master’s degree in education in marriage, couples, and family counseling from Lamar University. She is also the author of My Little Blue House: A Life-After-Love Story.
Heidi believes a safe and secure relationship is the best place to start healing and growing. She is eager to understand what life is like for you and how you might like it to be different. She believes in changing what you can and building great coping skills and support around what you can't. Her background includes extensive experience in caregiving, hospital and hospice chaplaincy, accompanying those with chronic and/or terminal illness, end of life, and grief. Marriage, significant relationships, parenting, and life transitions are also places she loves to accompany people in and through.

Stephanie 'MiMi' Klaproth
Certified Professional Life & Leadership Coach
MiMi Klaproth is a Certified Professional Life and Leadership Coach committed to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. She brings decades of business experience in leadership development, personal transformation, and human connection to every coaching relationship.
Known for her empathetic, yet results-driven approach, MiMi has worked with professionals across various industries to clarify their goals, navigate transitions, and lead with confidence and authenticity. Her coaching style blends insight, accountability, and encouragement—empowering clients to take aligned action and build lives and careers they’re proud of.
Beyond her professional expertise, MiMi is grounded by her faith, values and the joy of family life. She draws inspiration from the people closest to her and believes that strong personal foundations are key to sustainable leadership.

Kristi Mueller
M.A., LPC Associate, NCC, under the supervision of Christina Birgen, LPC-S, LMFT
Kristi Mueller recently earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with academic honor from Liberty University and earned the National Certified Counselor (NCC) designation. Kristi utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.
Kristi has experience working with adults, adolescents, and first responders, providing support for those navigating relationship challenges, grief and loss, anxiety that interferes with daily life, and depression from major losses or difficult circumstances. She believes clients are experts on their own lives and approaches therapy as a collaborative partnership, helping clients recognize their strengths while developing practical tools for lasting change.
Having navigated significant loss in her own life and as a mother of two adult children, Kristi brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her therapeutic work.

Jenna Lawrence
M.A., Certified Biblical Counselor
Jenna Lawrence is a certified Biblical Counselor through Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has a Master of Arts in Counseling through B. H. Carroll Theological Seminary. She understands that making the step to pursue counseling can be overwhelming and possibly even generate feelings of fear. She desires to provide a welcoming, safe space for you to share your story and then work collaboratively with you to reach your goals using integrative and adaptable strategies unique to your situation. She is willing to see anyone, including children, but she primarily works with college students and women She specializes in anxiety, depression, and life transitions including becoming empty-nesters and moving on after a divorce. She has been married to her husband for over a decade and they are proud parents of a teenage daughter.

Hillary Oswald
M.Ed., Director of Hope Ministries
Hillary is the Director of Hope Ministries, which includes the Hope Counseling Center. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. She also has a Master’s degree in Counseling & Development from Lamar University. Hillary spent several years teaching elementary school, before pursuing her counseling degree. Hillary is married to her wonderful husband, Scott, and they have one active little boy. Hillary is passionate about helping those who are in need of hope, and equipping them with the resources and tools they need to become overcomers.
